Pricing

One rate. Quoted work, itemized.

The hourly rate is on this page, the health checks are fixed price, and the managed tiers are published. Everything else is design–build: we survey the building and quote it line by line, because a drop in an open warehouse and a drop through a finished wall are not the same job.

$75per hour

The same figure whatever the hour or the day. No senior rate, no after-hours multiplier, no emergency surcharge — if we pick up at 9pm on a Saturday, it bills at $75.

How the work is priced. Three ways, one rate underneath.

Pick whichever fits. The hourly figure is the same under all three — what changes is whether you are buying a block of time, a fixed-scope build, or ongoing cover.

How most of our work is priced. We survey the building, design it, and hand back an itemized quote — from a single-room pre-wire to a multi-building rollout.

A scoped review of what you already have.

Fixed time, fixed price. We audit the network, survey the wireless and review the configuration, then hand back a written report and walk you through it. The tier describes the building, not the people doing the work.

Standard

$1502 hr · fixed

Most homes and very small offices.

Typical fit

Advanced

Most commercial sites, multi-floor homes, anywhere with cameras or door access.

Enterprise

$4506 hr · fixed

Multi-site, mission-critical, or a fully loaded UniFi stack.

Managed services

Ongoing cover, priced by site size.

Console health checks, scheduled firmware windows, verified configuration backups and on-call for incidents. Priced on the size of the site rather than a device count, so the bill does not move every time you add a camera.

Small site

$200/ month

A home, a single-suite office, or a handful of devices on one network.

FAQ

Before you commit

The things worth knowing before a proposal lands, so none of it is a surprise.

Every engagement has a minimum — one hour for consulting, two for remote work, three for a local site visit. Past that we bill in 30-minute increments, at the same $75 whatever the hour or the day.

We will quote a two-drop job the same way we quote a whole building: survey, design, itemized price. There is no floor you have to clear before we will take the work on.

No. Hardware, cable and materials are quoted separately and passed through on the itemized quote, so you can see exactly what the parts cost against what the labour costs.

Because buildings differ more than the work does. An open-ceiling warehouse run and fishing a finished wall in a two-story house are the same drop on paper and nothing alike in practice. A published per-drop price would be wrong for one of you.

Thirty days. Hardware pricing moves, and we would rather re-check it than hold you to a number we can no longer buy at.

Any month, with notice. No annual contract, and no penalty for moving between site sizes as your building changes.
