Tell us about the building.

New build, fit-out, a warehouse that needs coverage, or a network nobody ever documented. Describe what you are working on and someone who does the work will read it — not a sales desk.

What kind of work?

Pick the closest match — we will re-scope on the call if it lands somewhere else.

When and how big?

Both optional. Helpful if you have a sense, fine to skip if you do not.

Where is it?

Skip what you do not know. Even one line of detail gets the estimate closer.

What is the situation?

Current setup, the problem, and what good looks like — in your own words. The more specific, the closer the first reply lands.

Have floor plans or photos? Email them to [email protected] and we will match them to your request.

FAQ

Before you write

If yours is not here, send a message and we will answer it directly.

We do. There is no call centre and no ticket queue in front of us — the message lands with the people who would be doing the work on your site.

A message is for questions, second opinions, or help with something already installed. A quote request tells us about a specific building so we can price it. Pick whichever fits; we will sort it out either way.

Not for most projects in and around Fayette, Jefferson, Scott and Jessamine counties. If the site is a long way out or the scope needs a full day of design work, we will say so before anything is booked.

Within one business day, and usually the same day if you reach us before mid-afternoon. If it is urgent, calling is faster than typing.

A floor plan if you have one — even a rough sketch. Otherwise: square footage, how many rooms or desks need drops, roughly how many cameras and doors, and whether ceilings are open or finished. None of it is essential.

Of course. [email protected] or (859) 618-2613. The form only exists because it prompts for the things we would end up asking anyway.
